Q: How early do I have to book my event?
A: High Caliber Entertainment creates Custom Entertainment for your event. Usually the Minimum notice we need to coordinate your event is 4 weeks. If you plan on having Custom Costuming, Sets and Major themes we need a Minimum of 6 weeks. During the course of the 4-6 weeks  we will be working consistently on all the details, design and creation of your event. The more time, the better!

Q: What forms of payments do you Accept?
A:
We accept Cash , Check, and all major Credit Cards. A deposit is required at the time of the booking. This deposit will secure your date. If you are having custom costuming, a Costuming Deposit will be required. Final payments are due in cash/money order the night of your event. If you would like to make your final payment with a personal check it must be paid 7 days prior to the event.

Q: Are you Insured?
A: Yes. High Caliber Entertainment has Liability Insurance. All performers with equipment also have their own performers insurance.

Q: How do I set up an appointment to meet in person to go over my event?
A:
We love meeting with our clients! We pride ourselves on building personal relationships and making sure you are part of the process! We want to get all your input then we will make the magic happen! Andrea or Rebecca book consultations Monday-Friday 6-9pm and Saturday from 10am-1pm. The best part.. we come to you!

Q: Do you provide DJs, Lighting, Catering or full Room Decor?
A:
At this time we do not provide these services. we are more focused of performance. However, we are affiliated with some of the best in the business. We would be more than happy to connect you with the right contact.

Q: What if I don't know what I want?
A:
Don't sweat it! We've got you covered! During our consultation we will talk about the details you already have for the event - if you have a  theme, what ideas you already have, etc. Then we can offer a few ideas. You tell us what speaks to you and we will bring it to life. We work the best when we are challenged and have creative freedom!

Q: Can I pick the performers at my event?
A:
Yes and No. All the performers first and foremost are subject to availability. Second, Every performer is unique and brings something special to the table, however someone  might not be the right fit for the type of performance. If a performer is available and the right fit we will be more than happy to accommodate your request.

Q: Do I get to keep the costumes made for my event?
A: High Caliber Entertainment works very hard at keeping the price low for you while we go above and beyond to create  special costuming for your event. To keep down cost we do not charge full price to have them produced after material cost. If you want to keep the garment you must pay full price for the outfit. Each outfit will have its own price depending on material and labor. 

Q: How do I apply to work for High Caliber Entertainment?
A:
We are always looking for new talent  to work with! We encourage all dancers, models, specialty entertainers -- all talent! -- to send us an email at HighCaliberEntertainment@Gmail.com with your information. We work with only the best, so please have your Bio, Resume, Pictures  (Headshot/Full Body/Performance) Demos & Website ( if applicable) included in your email.  We will be in touch!
